The 28-year old made a late birdie and won the 2023 American Express at PGA West, La Quinta, California. This was his ninth PGA Tour win and fourth in six starts. He shot a final round 4-under 68 to defeat Davis Thompson and will be awarded $1.44 million. Thompson earned $872,000.
