The PGA Tour returns to Florida for the first of four consecutive events.

The 2023 Honda Classic is up first at PGA National Resort’s The Champion golf course in Palm Beach Gardens. Sepp Straka, the current champion, will be playing as a par 70 layout of 7,125 yards.

Florida Gator Billy Horschel got off to a great start on Thursday, shooting a 5-under 65. He holds a part of the 18-hole clubhouse lead. At 6:18 p.m., darkness caused play to be suspended. ET. Friday, 7:45 a.m. ET will see the second round. ET.
