Viktor Hovland is the world we live in.
The 25-year old Norwegian has played out of his mind in the last three rounds of golf. He shot a final-round 61 to win the BMW Championship in last week. He shot a 6-under-64 on Friday (including a 30-on the back nine) to remain in the lead going into the weekend of the 2023 Tour Championship at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta.
Hovland is tied with Collin Morikawa at 36 holes for the lead after two rounds. Morikawa, who started the week with a score of 1 under par, has climbed the leaderboard after carding rounds 61-64.
