The field includes eight of the nine top players in the Official World Golf Ranking — No. Cam Smith, 5 is not eligible. No. 10 Justin Thomas took the week off because of a failed resume at ACC.

Scottie Scheffler is the World No. Scottie Scheffler, the Players and World No. 1 champions, is looking to defend her title for the second season (WM Phoenix Open). At +800, the Texan is the favorite followed by Jon Rahm at +1100.
