Justin Thomas, who made his Tour debut as a 16 year old in 2009, will be making his first appearance at the Wyndham championship since 2016. Currently No. Thomas is currently ranked 79th in the Tour standings. To reach the top 70, he needs to achieve a T-4 three-way or better.
Tom Kim, the defending champion, withdrew due to an injury he suffered at the Open.
