Golf fans got a stunning 15-minute TV show on Friday thanks to CBS and Max Homa.
Homa was able to be interviewed by CBS during the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines, California’s third round. He spoke on the par-5 hole. Homa was fourth at 7 under at the time and spoke to CBS analysts Trevor Immelman and Ian Baker-Finch about how to play the hole. Conversations covered everything from shot strategy to course management and everything in between.
Homa was able to get up on the green but he still had to call a rule official after his ball got embedded. He got a free shot. His second shot was above the bunker in front of the green.
Homa laughed when she walked to the green, “I’m certain this is just a peachof a lie.”

Homa dropped his ball for his third shot and continued to make jokes.
Standing on top of the hill, he declared “I’m exhausted.”
His third shot was on the green and he par-putted.
