The Honda Classic is in an awkward place on the PGA Tour schedule, after back-to-back designated events and another at the Arnold Palmer Invitational.
Many of the best players in the world are not playing this week. However, Sungjae Im and Billy Horschel, as well as defending champion Sepp Straka, will be putting the tees up at PGA National next week.
The 2022 PGA Tour University No. Pierceson Coody, a two-time Korn Ferry Tour winner, will make his professional debut on Tour.
Luke Donald and Zach Johnson, both Ryder Cup captains are making the trip to Florida.
