Adam Scott presented a custom 1-of-1 set of irons made by Miura with Scott’s logo. Scott immediately fell in love with those irons. They were immediately put to use at the Memorial Week, and Scott has continued to use them ever since.
However, this could change in the coming week.
Scott was presented with a new set custom Miura irons on Tuesday at The 2023 Players Championship. They look very similar to the previous set, at least from the appearance of the address and back cavity positions. However, they feature a little more Miura branding (the Miura logo in black on his sole and Katsuhiro Miura’s Hanko stamp in the cavity in red).
We don’t know much about the irons except for the design, but we do know that the irons were fresh from TPC Sawgrass on Tuesday. GolfWRX was taking in-hand shots of them but they were not yet hit.
We’ll keep you posted on Scott’s decision to put them in play this Thursday. But for now, take a look at our in-hand photos below.
