THE WOODLANDS (Texas) – The merchandise booth at the Chevron championship is brimming over with junior golf goodies. From “Girls Rule”, shirts, to teddys for major championships.
You can also find plenty of items for adults, such as cowboy hats or crossbody bags with the trophy silhouette.
The Chevron Championship will be held for the first time in The Woodlands, on the Nicklaus Course of The Club at Carlton Woods. The tournament was held on the Dinah Shore Tournament Course of Mission Hills Country Club for 51 years.
The proceeds from a lot of the merchandise in the tent go to good causes. The proceeds from the Trophy Collection will, for instance, be used to continue Dinah Shore’s legacy through funding the Chevron Dinah Shore Scholarships each year, which are funded by the LPGA Foundation.
