Tony Finau Tommy Fleetwood Max Homa were not on the field. The players are allowed to miss one event in this season. The purse is $20 million.
Murifield village is a par 72 track that measures 7,533 yards.
Cantlay defeated Morikawa in the 2021 edition. Rahm was the winner of the event in 2010.
