Many PGA Tour players do not seem to be bothered by or angry about the proposed new structure. The hypocrisy of the PGA Tour in this matter may have some players shocked, but it won’t stop the agreement.

What if, in the eyes of the United States government and its Department of Justice, and permanent investigation committee of the U.S. Senate, the deal was illegal or just plain rotten? You know, it’s possible. Both the DOJ, and the Senate, have opened investigations into the six page framework agreement, which was leaked to The Athletic just days after being handed over to government.

It’s not possible to go back to April, when this deal was never discussed or agreed upon. What would happen then?

Here are some guesses.
