The Walker Cup has arrived.
The Home of Golf is hosting the biggest amateur men’s golf competition in the world. The 2023 Walker Cup will begin Saturday on the Old Course in St. Andrews. This is where the top amateurs of the United States and Great Britain and Ireland will compete. The Old Course is the only venue to have hosted eight Walker Cups. Most recently, in 1975, USA beat GB&I by 15 1/2-8 1/2.

The USA has a 38-9-1 advantage over GB&I in the series all-time.
