Traveling with golf clubs? Here are five great tips to help you.

Sep, 2023

It is difficult to travel with golf gear because nobody wants their equipment to be damaged or lost on vacation. Unfortunately, my clubs went missing for four days after I flew from Manchester to Edinburgh in Scotland following the 2006 British Open. I had to borrow clubs and wear running shoes while playing Carnoustie at St. Andrews, as well as The Old Course.

Danielle Kang experienced this stress last week when her clubs went missing for two days just before the Solheim Cup began in Spain. Ping was the only equipment truck on site at Finca Cortesin. Kang plays Titleist clubs but Ping provided her with equipment to practice until Titleist Europe (and another set) arrived Tuesday evening.
