Tiger Woods has a history of returning to the competition after an extended absence due to injury.
Woods is set to play in the Bahamas next week in the 2023 Hero World Challenge, his first tournament since withdrawing from the Masters after the third round in April. Woods had ankle surgery shortly after the WD to treat post-traumatic arthritis.
