In the 2023-24 season, DP World Tour so far has held five events. The LIV Golf League has won the last four events.
Louis Oosthuizen won the Alfred Dunhill championship at Leopard Creek Country club in Malelane, South Africa on Monday. This was his 10th career victory and the first on a European circuit since the South African Open in 2018. Oosthuizen won the tournament with 18 under par, two shots ahead of his Stinger GC teammates Charl Schwartzel and Charl Schwartzel.
Dean Burmester was another Stinger who started the LIV celebrations three weeks ago when he won the Joburg Open. then doubled up with a victory last week at Investec’s South African Open Championship. Joaquin Niemann also won the ISPS Handa Australian Open last week. Oosthuizen, meanwhile, made it four consecutive wins on Monday following Sunday’s delayed final round.

The proud South African said, “This is a tournament that I have always wanted to win.” It took me some time. “It’s a wonderful place to return to.”
The DP World Tour “opening swing”, which began in Dubai last January, will conclude this week at the Heritage La Reserve Golf Club, Heritage Bel Ombre in Mauritius with the 2023 AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open.
