A state-of the-art entertainment and golf franchise is headed to the Florida panhandle, as well as one of the largest markets in the country.
Oasis Resorts announced the opening of a BigShots Golf Franchise in Panama City Beach. On Thursday morning, dozens of people gathered at Legacy Golf Club in Panama City Beach to hear from BigShots Golf representatives as well as local leaders about the new golf entertainment center and its impact on their community.
Panama City Beach Mayor Mark Sheldon stated that “this is a blessing to our community.” We have more family-friendly activities and events coming to Panama City Beach which will only enhance our community. This makes our home better and we are excited to see the impact on our community.
The entertainment center at 100 Fairway Boulevard will cover approximately 13 acres. at Legacy Golf Course. It is expected that the location will open in 2024, and it will bring about 150 new jobs.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to give this to our community. Golf can teach us so many valuable life lessons, but not everyone has the opportunity to play. Ethan Register, president at Oasis Resorts and Legacy Golf Club, said that there are many lessons to be learned through the game.
A new Grand Prairie location will be opened in 2024 by the franchise. This is the second location in DFW. Fort Worth is the westernmost metroplex location of BigShots.
BigShots Golf is best known for its virtual golf games and culinary experience. The multilevel facility will feature 64 climate-controlled green boxes, an indoor and outdoor putting course, a sports bar, and a private event space.
T.J. Schier is the chief operating officer of BigShots Golf. He stated that the facility will combine the best of both golf and food in one location.
Schier stated, “We got the food and golf,” “Our goal is to make golf accessible to as many people as we can. We want everyone to feel like a pro and introduce golf to them.
BigShots Golf Panama City Beach will become the eighth location in the United States and United Kingdom. Schier stated that the company has five additional locations planned for the United States, including one in Naples. BigShots Golf is available at BigShotsGolf.com for more information.
