Woods gave Thomas something after he outdrove Justin Thomas on Thursday’s ninth hole — something Thomas did to Thomas and Rory McIlroy all day on day one in LA —

McIlroy wasn’t too happy with Woods driving him through the afternoon after the round.
“I’m going on to work on the range. He said that he had put his driver up a click-in loft at the beginning of the week. “I might have to turn the car back down again.” He said, “I don’t like him hitting the button by me.”
After driving it past Justin Thomas on number nine, Tiger Woods gave it to him as a gift.
