Ashleigh Buhai, Minjee Lee and the LPGA’s BMW Ladies Championship’s 54-hole leader are all tied at 12 under after Saturday’s third round.
Buhai shot a 3-under-par 69, bogey free, on Saturday, after shooting rounds of 62 and 73 in the first two day. The 20th ranked player on the Rolex Rankings has missed the cut four times in her last five starts. She is looking to win her second tournament of the year, the ShopRite LPGA Classic.
BMW Ladies leaderboard
Lee’s round three score of 1-under included three birdies and two bogeys. The Australian, who is ranked seventh in the World, won the Kroger Queen City Championship a month ago.
Lydia Ko and Alison Lee share third place at 11 below, just one behind. Lauren Coughlin, Celine Boutier and Alison Lee are tied for third at 11 under. Atthaya Thtikul and Jiyai Shim are T-7, three behind. Hannah Green and Angel Yin, who are T-9 and four back, round out the top 10.
