Brooks Koepka, a Florida Panthers fan who won the PGA Championship, attended Game 3 a day after it was played.

May, 2023

Brooks Koepka has had a busy and productive week.

Koepka, who won the 2023 PGA Championship Sunday — his third win in the tournament — made his way from Oak Hill straight to Sunrise, Florida. Why? He wanted to catch the third game of the Stanley Cup Playoffs in 2023 between the Florida Panthers vs. Carolina Hurricanes.

Koepka has been a Panthers fan for a long time. He famously heckled Aaron Ekblad using an orange traffic cone during a recent game. Koepka seems to have cooled down a little since the Panthers’ surprise underdog run has begun in the playoffs. He is now cheering for his NHL team.

It’s no surprise that Koepka was caught by TNT in the middle of an intense moment during the second period.

Koepka brought even the Wanamaker Trophy to the event!

It will be interesting to see if Koepka can pass on his championship pedigree to the Panthers as they strive for their first Stanley Cup.
