Just recently, a famous boat that is part of golf’s cinematic past has been sold.
UnitedYacht.com reported that Jay Oliver, a Rhode Island marketing professor, purchased the boat “Seafood”, from the “Caddyshack”.

Five months ago, the boat was originally listed for sale at $350,000. Oliver’s agent stated that Oliver’s family purchased their first VCR, and the first movie they rented from it was “Caddyshack”.
According to the report, the boat has been used as a charter since 1979 when it was built (it first appeared in “Caddyshack”, 1980).
Additionally, “Seafood”, which was built in 1979, has been continuously updated and refurbished. It also features pictures from the classic movie.
