The TGL announced on Wednesday that Collin Morikawa, owned by Reddit founder Alexis Ohanian and Serena Williams along with his Los Angeles team was the first to sign.
Ohanian stated, “We are thrilled to welcome Collin into the Los Angeles Golf Club Family.” “Collin’s exceptional skills, dedication to the game and resonance with fans makes him the perfect match for LAGC.”
Justin Thomas joined the Atlanta-based team on Tuesday.
In a video uploaded to LAGC Instagram, Morikawa stated: “I got chills all over my body. I don’t know if I’ve answered a phone call like this before. I received my Ryder Cup Call this year but this is almost better.”
