Equipment: Callaway’s Paradym drivers are now on the USGA Conforming Driver List

Jan, 2023

Equipment manufacturers are releasing new fairway woods, hybrids and irons as the new year begins. The first PGA Tour event in 2023 will be held in Hawaii on Thursday, April 23rd. Before equipment can be used at official events, it must first be tested by the USGA and R&A.

Monday’s additions to the lists included Paradym Triple Diamond S, Paradym Triple Diamond S, Paradym Triple Diamond S, Paradym Max Fast, and Paradym Triple Diamond S.

The Carlsbad-based company has not yet released any details about the new drivers. However, we can see a few things in the photos.

  • Paradym drivers all have the words “Forged Carbon” and “Jailbreak AI” on their soles, as well as adjustable hosel systems. According to the USGA, all Paradym drivers sport ‘Forged Ti’ on their faces.
  • Paradym seems to have a sliding weight system at the back. Here, the words Draw and Fade appear.
  • Paradym X appears with a weight screw at the back.
  • The Triple Diamond S and Triple Diamond S both have a weight screw at the leading edge. There appears to be another weight screw at the back of the Triple Diamond. The back weight of the Triple Diamond S and Triple Diamond S is not apparent.
  • Paradym Max Fast does not appear to have either a sliding weight, or weight screws.
