PGA Frisco is the new home of PGA of America, located just north of Dallas. The property’s Fields Ranch West golf course will accept tee-times for play starting today. Fields Ranch East is the other course at the property that will be open for public tee-times starting May 30.
The West, designed by Beau Welling, is a prairie-style course that follows Panther Creek and features oak and mesquite tree. The East will host 26 championships between 2034 and 2034. This includes the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship from May 25-28.
The Fields Ranch Courses are part of the Omni PGA Frisco Resort, which includes a 500 room hotel, 10 ranch houses with four bedrooms, a spa and two ballrooms. There are also 19 meeting rooms and nine outdoor event venues. The property is also the new headquarters of the PGA of America. It was previously located in South Florida.
The two main courses are not the only things Fields Ranch has to offer. It also includes a 10-hole short course called The Swing, and a 2-acre putting green named The Dance Floor. The PGA Coaching Center, which is data-driven, and the Jerry J. Ransom Northern Texas PGA Golf House.

Fields Ranch East’s rates for the walking with caddie experience start at $277 (if booked up to seven day in advance) and $252 (for resort guests who book up to 120 days ahead). Fields Ranch West fees start at $222 per round for public access players and $202 per round for resort guests. Residents of City of Frisco can book rounds up to 10 days in advance. They will receive discounts of up to 20% when they do so outside 48 hours, and 50% when they do so within 48 hours. Cart and caddie charges are also applicable. Visit www.fieldsranch.com for details.
The property, which includes the hotel and golf courses, is 660 acres in total. It was built as a result of a public/private collaboration between the PGA of America and Omni Hotels & Resorts.
