Gianna Clemente’s and Miles Russell’s week was special.
Both of them will be returning home with new hardware to add to their trophy cases.
Clemente and Russell both won their respective divisions at the 47th Junior PGA Championship held in Hot Springs Country Club, Arkansas. Clemente won the 47th Junior PGA Championship at Hot Springs Country Club in Hot Springs, Arkansas, with a 9-under-275 score, beating Yana Chong, Kylie Chong, and Kinsley Ni. Wilson defeated Clemente last year in the U.S. Junior Girls’ final.

Russell won the boys’ title with a score of 18-under-266, winning by seven shots. Jackson Byrd, Billy Davis and Billy Davis all tied for second place at 11 under.
Clemente, and Russell have earned places on the Junior Ryder Cup Team. Byrd earned a spot on the boys’ side, and Chong was selected on the girls’ side.
