HOUSTON – It’s time for the weekend in Texas.

Friday afternoon thunderstorms halted play at 3:26 p.m. (local time). No groups that teed off on Friday afternoon had completed play. Everyone had to return Saturday morning to play on a completely different course.

Friday afternoon’s temperature was 86 degrees. Saturday morning? It’s 43. Winds also changed, moving out of the northeast instead of the southeast. It was a cold start for those who had the to fight for their positions on the leaderboard.

Tony Finau is still at 13 under and has 36 holes left to play. Alex Noren and Patrick Rodgers are four shots ahead.

Here are the players who missed the cut in the 2022 Cadence Bank Houston Open at Memorial Park Golf Course. The cut was even par and 70 players made it.
