The PNC Championship was established in 1995 by ten major champions teaming up to their sons.
The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club Orlando Grande Lakes will now host 20 teams. The requirements for eligibility are very strict: Players must hold a major championship title or a Players Championship title, and their partner must not have a PGA Tour or LPGA Tour card.
There are 2022 winners of majors dating back to 1959. The field boasts 73 major winners.
