After three rounds, the 2023 Shriners Children’s Open has a familiar face at the top.
Tom Kim shot a 9-under-62 on Saturday at TPC Sommerlin to get to 15-under for the tournament. He is tied for first place with three other players. Kim, who is the defending champion of the PGA Tour, shot 62 when he won last year’s title. Adam Hadwin, Lanto Griffin and Kim share the lead this year and will compete to take the title away from Kim on Sunday.
Taylor Pendrith and K.H. Lee is tied for fourth with Vince Whaley at 14 under. He’s one shot behind.
Cameron Champ, who was one of the 36 hole leaders, struggled on Saturday. He shot a 3-over-par 74 and is now 9 under par for the tournament. The final round will be exciting.
