How to watch the 2023 World Wide Technology Championship Sunday tee times

Nov, 2023

Matt Kuchar thought he was going to hide in Mexico but the 15th-hole at El Cardonal, Diamante, got him.

Kuchar was six shots ahead with four holes left in the third round of 2023 World Wide Technology Championship. A quadruple-bogey eight on the par-4 reduced his lead to just two shots. After a bogey, Camilo Villagas birdied the next hole and Kuchar’s lead was gone.

Kuchar and Villegas are tied for the lead heading into the final round. Erik van Rooyen is third with 18 under.

El Cardonal is ranked 26th in the Golfweek 2023 Top 50 courses list: Mexico, Caribbean islands, Central America, and Atlantic Islands. El Cardonal is one of 11 golf courses on the list. Tiger Woods designed the course, which opened in 2014.
