Alice Bianco is a Middlesex County resident who claims that her supervisor Pavel Melichar, harassed and tried to kiss her forcefully when she first joined the staff of the club in 2021. The lawsuit claims that Pavel Melichar gave Bianco a short uniform skirt and a Remy Martin bottle as a “birthday gift” and that he also demanded that she engage in sexual activity to ensure her continued employment.

According to the lawsuit, Melichar showed Bianco videos of Trump praising her in an attempt to convey that he was close to the former president. According to the lawsuit, the alleged sexual harassment was carried out from May until July 2021.

The lawsuit alleges that Melichar retaliated after Bianco attempted to run away from Melichar’s attempted sexual assault. Melichar gave Bianco unfair work assignments and allowed his other loyal servers to steal her tip.

The suit claims that Bianco was informed by a co-worker who is not named, of a letter written to Trump’s staff regarding Melichar’s alleged harassment. According to the lawsuit, the co-worker made reference to Bianco’s experiences in her letter. According to the lawsuit, the letter was dated July 19, 2020. The suit claims that after the letter was delivered, Bianco got a phone call from Human Resources, which prompted her to hire an attorney.

Trump Attorney approaches victim with suit claims

Alina Habba is a member of Trump’s club and an assistant attorney. According to the lawsuit, Habba approached Bianco posing like a friend and encouraged her not to go public. The lawsuit claims that on August 5, 2021 Habba invited Bianco into her car while she was working and offered her a “simple non-disclosure contract” with a daily penalty of $1,000 for violating it.

In the lawsuit, Habba is accused of “grooming” Bianco to believe she was her friend and that her law firm wrote the non-disclosure contract. Habba told Bianco: “You don’t wish to make this public, but I have been raped. I can help, I will protect you.”

The agreement included false promises about taxation and payment for therapy. New Jersey, however, has banned non-disclosure contracts in workplace harassment cases as of 2019.

Habba was revealed to be an attorney for Trump a few weeks later.

The lawsuit aims to address allegations of harassment, coercion, and the legality the non-disclosure contract, highlighting violations of New Jersey laws regarding workplace harassment settlements.
