J.T. Poston’s Sunday was an eventful one at the 2024 Sentry. It was as if he had been targeted by the golf gods for some reason.
Poston burnt the edge of the hole with a putt for a birdie from around five feet. Poston missed a putt for a birdie on the par-3 8th hole. He was less than 3 feet away from the hole and had to face putting.
The ninth hole was a far cry from either of these. Poston’s third shot was 44 yards from the hole, a par five measuring 548 yards. Poston hit his approach shot dead on. The ball bounced twice, then went in the cup before popping back out.

Poston would tap-in for birdie, but what a bad break it was for the Postman.
