LIV Golf will create its own stadium hole inspired by No. 16 at the WM Phoenix Open in Australia

The greatest form of flattery is imitation.

tweeted the exact same sentiment a week ago in response to the PGA Tour schedule change in 2024. The changes include several limited-field events, no-cut events. This practice has been used for many years in professional golf. LIV Golf will take a page from the Tour’s playbook and host their Australia event.

LIV will construct a stadium-like enclosure based on the one that surrounds the 16th hole at TPC Scottsdale, Adelaide’s par-3 12th.

It is anticipated that the daily attendance will reach 20,000 per day.

It will take place April 20-23.
