LIV Golf confirmed on Friday that a) Donald Trump posted to social media earlier in the week and b), Jeddah would be the host for the Saudi Arabian stop in 2024.
LIV Golf season that starts on Feb. 2, in Mayakoba Mexico, has now 12 confirmed events. Two more, the individual championship and team championship, are still to be announced.
LIV has confirmed that it will be returning to Trump Golf Doral, Miami. This is the fifth event in 2024 and takes place on April 5-7. It will be LIV Golf’s tune-up for the Masters Tournament next week. The Valero Texas open is played by the PGA Tour in San Antonio on the weekend following the Miami event.
Jeddah will be the third stop for the season from March 1-3. This is also the weekend of the PGA Tour Cognizant Classic at PGA National, formerly the Honda Classic.
