The Match series’ latest edition will feature four of golf’s most prominent names, including the GOAT. Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods will be taking on Justin Thomas, Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas in a 12-hole battle at Pelican Golf club.
Woods will be playing in the Open at St. Andrews for the first time, while his partner hasn’t played since becoming world No. With a win at CJ Cup, Woods is number 1. McIlroy won the season-long points race on the DP World Tour last month.
Thomas placed fifth at the Hero World Challenge, while Spieth took 15th.
McIlroy and Thomas will all make their Match debuts. Thomas was an on-course reporter during Part 2.
