LPGA announces new Utah stop beginning in 2025

Tuesday, the LPGA announced that it will be heading to Utah in 2025. The event will take place at Black Desert Resort Golf Course, in Ivins near St. George, Utah.

Tom Weiskopf’s design is characterized by generous fairways and a pair drivable Par 4 holes. It also features ancient basalt rock structures.

The Black Desert Resort, when completed, will have 150 hotel rooms and 1,050 residential units, trails on the property for exploration and adventure. A wellness spa is also available for relaxation. There are also 80,000 square foot of retail and dining space.
