Lydia Ko capped off a stunning 2022 season in South Korea with a star-studded marriage

Lydia Ko married her sweetheart Dec. 30, in Seoul, South Korea to cap off a dreamy 2022. Current World No. 1 shared several images from the ceremony on Instagram. The current World No. 1 shared many images of the ceremony on Instagram along with a number top players who were there.

Ko and Jun Chung were engaged to this summer. Jun Chung is Ted Chung’s vice chairman, CEO, Hyundai Card, Hyundai Commercial. Jun Chung is a finance executive at Hyundai. She resides in San Francisco.

He witnessed Ko win at the season-ending CME Group Tour Championship. The Kiwi won the Rolex LPGA Player of the year Award, Vare Trophy, the money title, and her third LPGA triumph of the season. She is now just two points short of the 27 required to be eligible for the LPGA Hall of Fame.

After the CME win, Ko said that he “motivates and inspires” him.

Former No. Former No. 1s Yani Teeng, Inbee Park and Jiyai Shin were among the guests at the South Korean wedding.

January 19th will see the start of LPGA Season with the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions at Lake Nona Golf and Country Club, Orlando. Ko is a resident there.
