Maja Stark could be the new face of Scandinavian Golf.
The Swedish star established herself on the Ladies European Tour in August 2021. Stark’s amateur career was highly successful, with three victories at Oklahoma State University, All-American recognition, Big 12 Player Of The Year (2021), Junior Solheim Cups, Arnold Palmer Cups and numerous Augusta National Women’s Amateur Appearances. She used this experience to adapt quickly to the professional game.
Stark won five times on the LET between September 2021 and August 2022. The final win was also her first LPGA Tour victory – the ISPS Handa World Invitational.
Stark, in her first season on the LPGA Tour is very close to a top-30 ranking in the world and she is comfortably ranked in the top 25 of the Race for the CME Globe.
