The PGA Tour recently granted the elevated status to the event, effectively guaranteeing the strongest field ever.

The Thunderbirds, the tournament host, have now announced the lineup for the Concert in the Coliseum 2023. Walker Hayes and Maroon 5 will open the week on Saturday February 4. The tournament dates have been set for February 9-12.

The 16th hole was the first venue for the concert. It is a fully enclosed area that can hold close to 17,000 people.

Last time, Old Dominion and Thomas Rhett rocked the stage. The hole was filled with fans, while tickets gave access to the tee boxes and allowed for some spectators to view the concert.

Tickets for general admission are not yet available; they are not included in the tournament ticket package.

“Last year’s inaugural Concert in the Coliseum proved to be a great success so we are delighted to host it again for 2023,” stated Pat Williams, Chairman of WM Phoenix Open Tournament. “We are thrilled to host Maroon 5 & Walker Hayes as we kick off tournament week with a great show on the 16th hole.”
