CROMWELL (Conn.) — While you have to give Denny McCarthy credit for his 60 and 65 scores in the first two days of the Travelers Championship 2023, it would seem that the player who is ranked No. The player ranked 33 in the Official World Golf Ranking has been tearing through TPC River Highlands. Star players and major champions must also be playing at a low level. Keegan Bradly, the 2011 PGA Championship champion, is co-leading with McCarthy on 15 under par. Adam Scott is also T-5 following a 62-68 opening round.

Several big-name golfers struggled to keep pace with the birdie fest in Connecticut, and will miss the cut of 4 under (136) this weekend.
