You can still get a bit more Michael Block into your life. He’s not returning to his day job as a club pro.
Block, who won the low-professional prize at the 2023 PGA Championship in Rochester, New York and finished as the winner of the 2023 PGA Championship, will now join the PGA Tour.
The 46-year old who teaches golf at Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club, Mission Viejo in California, has received a sponsorship exemption for next week’s Charles Schwab Challenge at Colonial Country Club, Fort Worth in Texas, from May 25-28.
Block finished T-15 with 1 over par for the tournament, and punched his ticket to the PGA Championship next year at Valhalla Golf Club.
