The skinny: Adding an internal steel weight to the ST-230 drivers helps them generate more ball speed, lower spin rates and more power. The three club configurations allow fitters to help more golfers choose the best head for them.
The Deep Dive: Mizuno’s engineers and designers set out four years ago to do something difficult. The brand’s woods were to be brought up-to-date with Mizuno irons. These irons have been cherished for many years by discerning golfers because of their unique looks and feel.
Each of the three previous seasons, Mizuno released a new driver. The ST-190 was followed by the ST-200, and the ST-220. ST stands for speed technology. Mizuno is pleased to announce three ST-230 drivers.
