Ian Poulter said it best when he explained to the Netflix producers Full Swing that they had “picked a helluva year to begin following the PGA Tour.”
The cameras continue to roll as LIV Golf continues its battle with the PGA Tour. On Tuesday, Jay Monahan, Commissioner of the PGA Tour and Netflix both confirmed a second season less than a month after the first season was released.
Monahan stated that “delivering the PGA Tour directly to fans wherever they are” was Monahan’s main focus during his press conference prior to this week’s Players Championship. ” Full Swing was launched to Netflix’s 230,000,000 subscribers during the Genesis Invitational. It has been consistently in Netflix’s top 10 worldwide. Netflix has officially approved season 2 of Full swing because of its strong start.

Chad Mumm, Mark W. Olsen, Vox Media Studios, and Paul Martin, James Gayrees, and Warren Smith, of Box to Box Films, will continue to executive produce Full Swing.
Eight episodes were featured in Season 1. They told the stories major champions Matt Fitzpatrick and viral WM Phoenix Open breakout star Joel Dahmen. The episode also briefly addressed the rift between Tour and LIV through Brooks Koepka, Dustin Johnson, and Poulter.
We are excited to see the second season of season two, with the announcement of a major schedule change.
