BLAINE (Minn.) — On Wednesday night, Commissioner Jay Monahan sent a memo outlining numerous updates about the Tour.
Monahan discussed the framework agreement between Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund and the Tour 2024 schedule, as well as the golf ball rollback. This was Monahan’s first major move after returning from a health scare that wasn’t disclosed earlier in the month.

The memo was discussed by many players at the 3M Open, including one golfer that had been on the Player Advisory Council call with Monahan the previous Wednesday.
