On Tuesday, it was announced that Tiger Woods has joined the PGA Tour Policy Board in the role of a player director. As part of the Framework Agreement talks, the player directors were promised complete transparency and the power to approve or decline any changes to the Tour.
This move allows members to finally have a say during this transitional period.
Phil Mickelson is now a part of the LIV Golf League and was pleased to see this move. Lefty has been critical of Jay Monahan’s handling of the situation.
Mickelson, who tweeted Woods’ new post on Tuesday afternoon.

Mickelson will be in West Virginia for LIV’s 10th tournament of the season, The Old White at Greenbrier. He finished 40th in the last LIV stop at London. Mickelson failed to make the cut in last month’s Open.
