The Par 3 Contest is back!
Many competitors will be heading to Augusta National Golf Club’s newly renovated par-3 course on Thursday morning to enjoy nine holes with their families, friends, and other participants Wednesday afternoon.
The Par 3 Contest was cancelled in 2020 and 2021. Last year’s edition was cut short due to weather. Canadians Mackenzie Hughes and Mike Weir shared the title at 4-under 23. Since 2012, there had been multiple winners due to a suspension of play.
The 2023 edition will be exciting. In one of the most heartwarming golf events, the new course will be presented for the first-time to the world.
