Tom Hoge is a true PGA Tour pro. Although he isn’t a big name, he has been able to get it done since 2015.
Hoge had a solid amateur and college career, which included a third-place individual finish in the 2009 NCAA Championship. He graduated from TCU and instantly turned pro in 2011.
Hoge has risen through the ranks since then, starting on the Canadian Tour. He was a Korn Ferry Tour graduate in 2012. He played three seasons on junior circuit before he received his PGA Tour card for 2015.
Hoge won his first AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am win in 2022, his eighth season on Tour. Hoge won the QBE Shootout with his playing partner Sahith Thegala in December 2022, although it was not an official PGA Tour victory.
Hoge, 33 years old has shown that he is a late bloomer. Hoge will be a leaderboard figure in 2023 and beyond.
