Let it snow, let’s let it snow!
On Wednesday, a winter storm swept through Arizona, and Thursday morning, Tucson National Golf Club’s green fairways were covered in snow.
The course is situated at 2,300 feet elevation. Wednesday night, the National Weather Service issued an advisory for winter that indicated Tucson would likely get 1-to-3 inches of snow and areas higher than 6,000 feet could get up to 16 inches.
Thursday’s pro-ams were rescheduled for nine holes. They will begin at noon and end at 3 p.m. (local time), and finish at 5 p.m. ET).
