The sixth event on the PGA Tour 2022-23 season was held and, once again big money was up for grabs.
Harbour Town Golf Links, Hilton Head Island in South Carolina, was offering a $20 million purse total and a $3.6-million first prize.
Matt Fitzpatrick won the title by beating out the defending champion Jordan Spieth after three extra holes. This is his first PGA Tour victory since the U.S. Open in 2022.
Fitzpatrick won the tournament after he tapped his 9-iron into the hole. Fitzpatrick had a one shot lead over Patrick Cantlay at the start of the final round.
