It’s a wild world out there, with top-ranked European professionals on their way to LIV Golf.
First reported by the website handicap54.golf , and confirmed by Sports Illustrated & the Telegraph. Thomas Pieters will become the rebel tour’s latest sign in a week when the Belgian made some noises with a perceived dig against the PGA Tour’s strategic alliance and DP World Tour.
Pieters, despite being ranked 34th worldwide, was disappointed not to be invited to the Genesis Invitational at Riviera.
It was a sad day to be absent from my favorite tournament. I was #34 in the world and couldn’t get into @PGATOUR. ????? #GenesisInvitational
