Erica Herman is Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend, and also the manager of his Jupiter restaurant. She claims Woods signed her non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) because she believes Woods abused or harassed her.
TMZ Sport reported Herman. He claims that he forced her to sign an NDA after their relationship began in August 2017. Herman claims that the NDA is now being unfairly enforced against her.
According to paperwork obtained from TMZ, Herman (39), claims that a private trust that Woods,47, runs is trying to keep Herman quiet about their relationship through aggressively enforcing NDA.
Herman claims that the NDA should not be enforced under the federal Speak Out Act. This Act prohibits an NDA being enforced before there is a dispute involving sexual assault or harassment.
Herman doesn’t specify when Tiger and Herman split.
In May 2019, Herman, Woods, and The Woods restaurant were accused of “over-serving alcohol to a young man who was suffering from the disease alcoholism.”
Nicholas Immesberger was a bartender at The Woods when he was struck by a car after he had left the restaurant.
Later , Woods and Herman were dismissed from the suit.
Woods last public appearance was three weeks ago at Genesis Invitational, which his foundation runs. He was tied for 45th. Tiger announced last week that he will not be participating in the Players Championship, which begins Thursday.
Tiger will likely play the Masters at Augusta National Golf Course on April 6-9, 2009.
