Bennett, a three-time All-American from Texas A&M, has been using Ping equipment under a NIL agreement with the Phoenix-based company. However the manufacturer has now announced that it has signed Bennett to an multi-year contract.
Bennett, 23, was the 2022 SEC Player of the year before winning the U.S. The Amateur was held at Ridgewood Country Club in Ridgewood, New Jersey last summer.
Bennett stated in a press release that “I have been using Ping equipment ever since I was a junior golfer. My relationship with the team at Ping during this time has played a major role in my success.” “said Bennett. “I am very confident in my gear, which allows to me go out and concentrate on winning tournaments. “I’m very excited to start my professional journey knowing that PING will be there with me at every step.”

Bennett’s status as a Korn Ferry member is guaranteed until the end of the season by finishing fifth in the PGA Tour University Standings. Bennett can accept sponsor’s exemptions into PGA Tour tournaments.
Bennett will continue to use 14 Ping clubs. These include a LST driver; a G430 max 3-wood; a hybrid; and irons. Bennett uses Ping’s Glide Forged Professional wedges, and a PLD Norway 4 putter.
